After brothel and clinic (footprints)..i have looked around clinic ..

Starting from the Brothel:

i have looked around clinic (stove, black footprints, talk with a doctor about a footprints etc) and brothel (footprints, men on the couch)but now the game is stop..i belive that i'm missing something in the clinic..
